Technical Ad Operations Manger
We are re-shaping AdTech for Publishers. Join our team and help small and mid size publishers to build robust and scalable ad monetization infrastructures to monetize their digital assets like a resourceful Media Company. The Technical Ad ops manager is responsible for the successful and effective set up of our Publisher´s ad Serving and programmatic capabilities, responsible for in depth troubleshooting, dealing with technical issues and liaising between developers and AdTech Providers teams, including SSPs, DMPs, etc. This is also a role with potential to grow your own team.
The Role
Technical troubleshooting for publishers, email and face to face as well as being first line support from operations team for all technical queries
* Set up and monitor performance across different monetization partners, making sure all available ad inventory of our publishers is delivered properly.
* Communicating product needs from technical perspective to Product teams
* Setting out procedures, workflows and efficiencies for our AdOps teams.
* Potential to grow a team
Your Background
-Ad operations expert from publisher´s side - strong understanding of Google Ad Manager (formerly DFP) and additional ad serving technologies.
-Expertise on setting up and trouble shooting Header Bidding tags and wrappers.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem;
-Must be client facing and able to work across different teams
-Excellent understanding of trafficking, rich media, ad tags, HTML, SQL, Java, MS Excel
Location: This position can be based in Berlin, Germany or Miami, Florida.
